AI Art alert!!!!

Updated: Aug 28, 2022

Let's stay ahead of AI in Art. It is poised to flood the art market and render artists virtually non-essential! But we know how this game is played! We know how to outsmart AI.

Wow! Since I last checked in on AI (Artificial Intelligence) AI artists have come leaps and bounds from where they were just a few of years ago! This is an AI alert broadcast for artists!

Spread far and wide! (see video here)

AI generated art is advancing so fast I advise you to grab your easel to stabilize yourself if you are an artist in good standing! First they presented us with a robot that had a mechanical claw that gripped a paintbrush like a toddler would hold a toothbrush. Her name is Ai-Da. DUH! "she" was probably remote controlled or programmed in advance to make repetitive brush strokes judging by the patternesque images produced from her wieldy claw. There are pics of "her" drawing sketches of the British gallery owner and her inventor Aidan Meller. She is literally a female steel and wire mannequin with a programmed wired arm. I laughed so much at the seriousness portrayed in the article! The trouble they went to to humanize this robot by surrounding her with props and humans acting like they were interacting with it was ludicrous. Today that robot's oily descendants now have access to every image known to man, to mine algorithmically, no iron claw necessary and no fake body attached, yet very slick.

At first this “artistic” tech, which I call “Artwistech” has all the panache of the first Model T rolling off the assembly line, strutting all the ramifications it will have on society writ large. There is that big gasp followed by the awe of what this new tech will makes possible. How will AI artists affect society and especially artists going forward?

Well today a very high percentage of people in industrial countries have cars now, yawn, making that first shiny Ford now look quite quaint. Granted, it is a collector’s item and worth millions today, but I doubt that is going to occur with AI generated art.

We have recently seen a surge of interest in blockchain digital art made by humans which are garnering large sums of money as they are regarded as digital non-fungible items, (known as NFTs). Technically it isn’t even the image that is sold, but a unit of data on the blockchain that says you own the image. I am not referring to this human-generated computer art as AI art. Human computer-generated art is merely a digital sidebar in the devolution of art where the computer itself becomes a firewall to connecting to source, creating a part-human, part-machine nuance to it. I have seen some really compelling computer generated art that incorporates sacred geometry in a most stunning way. No my beef is not with computer art created with art applications such as photoshop. A lot of human creativity and skill is still required to produce this art.

When motor vehicles were first produced we were so amazed to be moving quickly over the ground with our very own “horse” power that never got tired. Chalkboards are to computers what horse-drawn carriages were to cars back in the day. An in-depth quest to find antigravity tech being used today without our knowledge will yield results that will blow your mind. They are always introducing new/old tech that they have been privy to since the days of Babylon.

So as awed as we may be by AI artists and their endless proliferation of on-demand visual images, music videos and anything else creative that humans make that they can get their simulative claws on, AI art is going to be a very short lived artistic romance. AI generated art is a plastic, soulless industry of the mass-thievery of megatons of bytes stolen from the imaginations’ of all the artists that were ever internet-documented in articles posted online sourced from the archives of history since paint and pigments were invented. First humans began to assemble images from the internet... then came AI!

They said that computers would save trees as humans would not need to use so much paper, well, we ended up wasting a lot more paper by printing everything we created on our computers! Now that anyone with access to this AI art program can order up an “original” artwistech-generated image on line from a program called Midjourney, will we need less human artists? Are we phasing out human artists now? How about portrait artists? You can now order instant painterly looking portraits online in a flash.

The very latest AI tech generated images are now produced from text prompts made by humans. It seems almost like art-to-go from a takeout store. It is instant gratification art, no more waiting months while an artist conceptualizes and then physically paints a commissioned piece! There goes my livelihood?

The AI go deep-diving on command across the vast plains of the internet to harvest images for their job descriptions and algorithmically produce a semi-original collage and the style is generated by request. Just put in Van Gogh and see what comes up! I made up some command examples to ask AI to assemble the following visuals: Seurat style party in 1980, House and Kangaroo dancing on a Volcano, Orphans and dogs from the 1800’s go surfing. You get an idea of how this text command thing works. You will soon see some actual images produced by command and be able to recognize them.

Although these images are mined quickly and are somewhat impressive, they emanate an overall artificial, manufactured look, rather like Artificial Intelligence itself. They can only mimic soulfulness by taking the essence of say Edward Munch’s famous Scream and infuse it into their soulless algorithmic “master” piece. It is a “masterpiece” in that it has a master to tell it what to make and it's made of pieces stolen from the internet.

You can have your AI and eat it, but it will never have a soul. Some people do believe that sentience is possible with AI but I do not because its inspiration cannot come from Creator Source, only instruction manuals from a third dimensional matrix trying desperately to play God. I have also heard that evil itself cannot create, it can only mimic and copy. I am not saying that AI itself is evil, just that people with nefarious intentions can use it for evil. Just like you can use a hammer to build a house or knock somebody over the head with it. The slew of pornographic art (See Podesta Art collection) that sadly exists can now be sourced and recreated through AI.

By the very fact that one has a soul one is predesignated by divine right to be family to the creation model, courtesy of the multiverse, by design. I do not believe that AI can ever have a soul as AI is a deformer rather than a performer. It has no rhythm of its own, it only has algorithms. Algorithms are mathematical instructions rather than divine intentions with which humans are blessed. AI resides within the phantom matrix rather than the spirit matrix where souls blossom. When humans create, the unknown outcome produces motivation and excitement at the same time intensifying the senses.

The act of AI being instructed to perform using algorithms via text commands produces a known outcome within the parameters of the designated task. After the results of the initial output the outcome is known and it therefore elicits malaise as there are no senses being intensified, only mechanical sensors that gather and separate parts.

Rather than the vision that humans have, it has fission. It steals from composed elements in art and decomposes these elements to generate a semi-original collage by way of theft. It is reaching in to the very akashic records of the available art imagery of all time. This is humanity’s art-consciousness bank being robbed in broad daylight. AI wears its mined and harvested treasures as if it were AI’s very own technicolored coat. AI computers are imposter artists and are harvesting the property of human creative ability for themselves while disregarding any copyrights humans may hold over their own work. And we are supposed to just stand there and say wow, as we did when the first motor car rolled off the assembly line?

The invisible Robber Barons 2.0 have arrived!

The bottom line is if you are unable to paint from your imagination in this day and age of AI artistry you may be rendered redundant as an artist! This is because AI can now simulate any style of art from classic still life renditions to any of the think-tank-generated genres from Cubism to Expressionist art. Here is where you can see how it works on this You Tube video.

What is next? Are we getting to the point where AI can time travel now and piss in DuChamp's urinal? I sure hope not!

The hidden gift to us though is that it requires that humanity finally wake up and see art for its true purpose. It requires of us to break out of the art-box that has heretofore stunted the extent of our true creativity. We can NOW redefine art for the purpose it was originally intended: A vehicle for positive human evolution.

I believe creativity is the sixth sense in that it embodies the other five senses. Taste, in this case being one's preferred aesthetic. Visuals, like music have also been known to evoke smell. We are seeing and touching as we create. As I imagine an ocean that I am painting I undulate with it, as I paint an orange I pierce its skin and imagine the texture and smell in order to infuse it with life as I paint. Any form of expressionism invokes a myriad of senses beyond just the five senses, as one paints.

We must realize that the prevailing disinterest in art today is by design. Art is seen either as an unaffordable luxury or a waste of time especially to people who are just too busy trying to make ends meet and see art as only viable if it earns money through commercial endeavors. Art, like history, science and all the other disciplines of Academentia has been manipulated for the benefit of those who seek control over humanity in order that Art's inherent relationship to the universal creation model might never be realized. Our organic selves, creating from soul, through our hearts with our hands, denying the synthetic a grandiose place in our evolution is the path to enlightenment. Anything synthetic cannot ascend due to its very fabrication and attempt at playing God with superficially manufractured elements that lack the sacred blueprints are unable to break the barrier of the divine for entrance beyond 3D.

Once you see and know this you cannot unsee it. The importance of the true function of art and creativity will finally be moved to the front burner in education and culture where it belongs. Regurgitating classic originals into pop art would have Da Vinci turning in his grave I am sure!

Sadly, AI nanotech infiltrators have also found a way into our very bloodstreams by way of "medication". These are man-made methods of surveillance through the human biome. I wrote about Transhumanist prosthetics, polymers and nanotech previously in my blog entitled Art & Actualization. I would be remiss not to mention this here again because these graphene oxide infusions into the bloodstream pose an even greater danger than the AI artists do to humanity’s creativity! (See here how to remove Graphene Oxide)

Let me quickly explain in a nutshell and you can do further research as you see fit. Here is how: Using remote control devices the control voyeurs can infiltrate the mind and implant exterior thoughts that the human receiving the thoughts then mistake as their own thoughts!

How will this affect the imaginations of targeted artists going forward? It renders them no longer in touch with the guidance of their own divine soul. More than that, as these synthetic elements are introduced into the bloodstream they slowly break down the very soul plasma itself. Without the soul the human is rendered unable to source their god-given creativity and become robotic and zombie like. But that is whole nuther story!

If you are a practicing artist, (remember that almost all of us are born creative geniuses,) please keep pressing on, (if you are are art-frozen, I have a blog about that), its my deepest hope that AI art will not survive or supersede the real hands-on, heartfelt art of human beings! Let's hope AI art just a passing fad! Do everything you can to support real art in your communities and learn to teach art to our younger ones. All these actions will help! I have a book that teaches how to learn to teach art here.

Let's do everything we can to keep real art ALIVE!!!!!

AI will never supersede human capacity for creativity. We will not allow it.

I hope you have found this interesting enough to subscribe or comment below. Thank you for being here! See you soon with THE POWER OF ART blog coming soon!

Jane Evershed has been painting in oils for over forty years. Her first endeavor out of high school was to teach children’s art classes. She has taught art in South Africa, the USA, Indonesia and Mexico. She believes that art being an outstanding feature of highly evolved civilizations warrants as many people as possible to learn and teach creativity toward the higher purpose of humanity’s positive evolution. She teaches art with a focus and goal of creating from soul. Internal creativity in children must be nurtured from a young age as it is being threatened by too much external techno-interference.

Jane began painting and distributing reproductions and originals of her work nationally in the United States for twenty five years with great success.

After being invited by Michael Tellinger to Ubuntu headquarters in South Africa to create huge murals depicting the ancient sites of Adam’s Calendar coupled with trips to Bali to absorb the wisdom of the NewEarth presenters at two World Health Summits Jane focused on the dire state of art in the world today and remedies for art health. The summits in Bali hosted by Sacha Stone, founder of NewEarthorizon inspired her to create SPLAT! which teaches the art basics in ten steps. Jane now sits on the NewEarth University faculty of the Living Arts. *NEU synergizes ancient wisdom with full-spectrum breakthrough technologies and innovations from leading experts in their field – visionaries and pioneers sharing an array of talent and gifts, so that together we manifest a peaceful New Earth.
